Ten years ago Apple dominated with the iPod, they had a miracle device in the iPhone that was head and shoulders better than other smart phones, their laptops were taking off, iTunes was revolutionizing music purchases, and they just launched iPads which were a must purchase by business and consumers across the world.
Now what do they have? Phones that are more expensive with worse features, but that people continue to buy because they're too lazy to switch? $2,0900 Laptops that are as powerful as $400 Windows machines? Ipads that are competing with $40 kindle fires?
They sell commodities now, and they don't even have the best commodities. |
