I generally hit 8-10 fairways at 240 carry on a decent draw.
Push mid-irons right - not releasing wrists to close face. Will hit 4-7 greens in regulation.
Average 36 putts, serviceable around the green and can get up and down.
Pretty athletic for early 30s.
Have an 8x9 foot net in back yard, newborn at home. Chip and putt available 15 min from office. Will probably get very few rounds of 18 in.
Not sure if time is better spent w live coach, video program no instructions at all - pure repetitions. Or add putting in house - no carpet. Dream would be to flirt with 80.

Take Dave Pelz' short game handicap test and work from there. 150 and in is the entire game of golf provided you can safely get off the tee.
Get your lie angles checked as this can decently effect your wedge game if you have an off the rack set.

Poster above nailed it. Putting/short game.
It's not as fun or sexy, but that is clearly what you need to work on with 36 putts a round.

Something's not adding up. You "carry" the ball 240 with a draw (meaning you're hitting 260-270 yard drives), hit 10 fairways, have a good enough short game to "get up and down", merely push your irons a little right, and still only have an index of 15 (which means the best 10 of your last 20 rounds average to 87 (on a par 72), so you're probably poasting quite a few rounds in the 90s)?
Yes, your putting stats are truly atrocious, but I'd bet that ballstriking is just as much of an issue. What's the deal with the putting? Lots of three putts? Speed control? Or are you missing the 3-5' knee knockers? What's your average distance from the hole on your first putts (this could point to ballstriking and wedge play more than putting)? If you're missing the short ones, get a putting mirror (like $10 on amazon) and get to work with gate drills, strings and chalk lines. I'm guessing your alignment is poor if you're hitting so many putts, so get that straightened out and consider left hand low or at least a neutral/prayer type grip to help with shoulder alignment. Also, one thing that lots of amateurs don't realize or take into account, is that the hips shouldn't be rotating at all on putts. You want quiet legs/hips.
At your handicap, for ballstriking, I'd work almost exclusively on wedges and driver, at a 3-to-1 ratio. Go to the range, put your iPhone on a tripod and take some video. Review and make sure your setup and alignment are solid. Most mistakes begin right there. Once that's ironed out, hit a ton of wedges, most of them controlled, and to different distances. Take out your 52 and hit it 60/70/80/90/100 yards, etc. Find your rhythm/tempo, make sure you're on plane and that the arms and body are in sync. After you've dialed in your wedges, pull out your driver and hit 10-15 and try to keep the same rhythm you had with your wedges. After you've done this type of block practice for 45 minutes, spend the next 45 minutes in target/course mode. Switch up your clubs and hit to different targets. Use your preshot routine on every shot. Imagine specific holes on your home course, including the hazards, ob, etc. Then spend the last 30 minutes working on putting like I mentioned above.
