Security camera captures terrifying footage of man getting mugged near Dolores Park
A San Francisco homeowner's Nest camera captured footage of a vicious mugging occurring a block from Dolores Park Sunday night.
The San Francisco Police Department confirms a male victim was robbed by three unknown males at 6:45 p.m. in the 3900 block of 20th Street.
"The unknown males grabbed him and hit him and stole his cell phone," says Joseph Tomlinson, an SFPD public information officer. "As they were pulling for the cell phone, they ripped the victim's pants. The three males then fled the scene and they got into a black four-door vehicle."
The victim has non-life threatening injuries, and the suspects are at large.
