I only eat two meals a day and often fast for 1-2 days.
Never get hungry or have blood sugar issues.
Why? My diet is impeccable and I don't eat constantly and/or throughout the whole day.

I eat ~3000 calories a day - although I don't really care about how many calories I eat since that does not matter when you eat well.
Big ass fucking breakfast.
Big ass fucking late lunch.
Weekends more flexible.

-4-5 slices of grass fed / grass finished bacon.
-4 organic free range eggs with pepper, salt and cream of tartar
-32 ounce smoothie with lots of Kale, Brussel Sprouts, Broccoli sprouts, blueberries, other mixed berries, (NO OTHER FRUIT), scoop of unflavored whey protein, scoop of collogen, bunch of hemp seeds, flax seeds and chia seeds, walnuts, garlic, tumeric, cinnimon, and some frozen liver.
