rate my cheat meal

went to romano's macaroni grill
had a bag of m&ms on the way
appetizers mac and cheese bites and the goat cheese peppers
had the signature truffle mac and cheese and a side of fries
cheesecake for dessert
like 4 glasses of pop
drove home and had a snickers bar while driving, also swung through taco bell and ate a bean burrito
got home and ordered an xl pizza from papa john's with all the vegetarian toppings
ate a pint of breyers while it was on the way
ate 6 slices with like 3 big reds (cream soda in texas)
am staring down the chocolate chip cookie pie cause i got 2 slices of this pizza to go, also have a bottle of pepsi; might throw in a couple of scoops of the breyers left over and drink it with the soda
I deadlift 710, bench 355 with a pause, i dont free squat but i box squat 585. powerclean 405 and front squat it for reps, push press 295 |
