go to an Urgent Care place. they handle everything, even minor stuff. No appointment is necessary; it's walk in. Some are open 24-7 and the wait is usually very short, often instant service. Most insurances cover visits - you might have to pay an additional $10 outta pocket. i did away with a primary care doctor years ago and now use urgent care exclusively.
