Was this clip from the Sopranos foreshadowing Tony's demise?

Tony at one point in the series meets a old mistress of his father's while visiting his father's grave.
They begin to chat and eventually hang out. At one point she mentions she had a one night fling with JFK and he gave her his hat. She puts on the hat and proceeds to sing Tony "Happy Birthday" in the same manner Marilyn Monroe sang it to JFK back in 1962: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jtD7MrJ6WM0
If you watch as the clip begins and she's singing, the camera pans to Tony and he seems amused. Then she continues to sing and when it pans back to Tony his expression has changed. He looks sort of repulsed. When the camera goes back to her finishing her song, is it just me or does it seem to take on a more sinister element? She also points her fingers (like guns) at him, and then grabs her head at the end. Of course he was probably creeped out because this old broad thinks she's still hot and his father's mistress is serenading him. It's a sad and surreal thing to watch.
I think it was a creative way of foreshadowing Tony's eventual death, a shot to the back of the head. JFK was killed in the same manner.

the episode was shitty so hopefully none of it was supposed to be too instrumental to the overall story line.
I think tony just realized she's a trashy cooze and it made him lose some respect for his father and the old school mafia in general. later on when he's with the guys he talks her up saying she was so classy and how she was JFK's full time mistress and used to go to the White House and shit. He did that I think so the guys would respect his dad and the old school ways, which he needed to do to keep them in line even if he knew it was a lie. Like his dad was such a boss that he was swapping gfs with JFK like it was nbd.

Love the show, but I think you are reading too much into it. Think he was only creeped out, as you said.
I think the main foreshadowing occurred when one of the mobsters made a comment to the effect of you’ll never know when it’s your time; it comes as s complete surprise.

Yes! Satin Dolls. I'm from jersey, well aware of it.
My dad actually auditioned for the show once to be a small time character but didn't get picked. They did cast Ginnie Sacramone (John's wife) out of that casting though. She was just a lady from Jersey, no acting experience.
I have never seen the Wire surprisingly, I will need to check that out.

I've been rewatching a lot of Sopranos lately and I think that episode was more about how Tony was repulsed at this woman for being trashy, spendthrift, ignoring his fathers needs etc.
In the beginning, Tony thought that she was really the girl that was everything his mother wasn't for his dad. Classy, nurturing, nice etc but as the episode went on his impression began to change significantly.
The tipping point that really fucked his impression of her up for Tony in this episode was when Fran claimed that she still smoked when she was with Johnny despite him having emphysema as well as her constant spending on frivolities while pleading poverty (and her sort of coming onto him at the end).
