I bought a USDA prime sirloin tip from costco for about $40. It was like 6 lbs of meat. I cut off the excess fat and whatnot, sliced it into 1/4"-1/8" slices, and marinated it for about 18 hours in a marinade of soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, maple sugar, meat tenderizer, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
