--We need to have the FBI investigate EVERYTHING because Kav stands to get lifetime tenure! Never mind that he already has life tenure as a D.C. Cir. judge.
--The Supreme Court is the HIGHEST COURT in the LAND, and it is a PRIVILEGE--NOT A RIGHT--to serve on it, so basic concepts of due process (like the presumption of innocence) should not apply!
--Someone writing down what you told them is corroboration of the truth of your claims, even if some details are wrong!
