Chrome is shitty. Firefox is getting better. This site looks like pure vomit on Firefox on Mac.
- Open about:profiles
- Click "Show in Finder" for the Root Directory
- Create a "chrome" folder if it isn't there already, and go into it.
- Create a file called userContent.css with the following contents: https://pastebin.com/LL7tPGXg

In newer versions of Firefox, this won't work unless you also:
- Go to about:config and say you'll be careful
- Enter toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets
- Change it to true
