LJL, finally once a bunch of people started milling around the woman called someone and they opened the gate and started letting people through. The terminal itself it better than I remember, but the wifi is barely fast enough to load XO. Built in the two day stop in Helsinki in the way in. Had to continue on that ticket from Helsinki to Moscow today. Once in Moscow still had to get to Paris. If I did 1RM I'm sure it wouldn't be impressive, especially on a board where every pumo benches 550.

Deadlifting is damn good for you, starting super light and getting the form down in a mirror is what I'd rec if you decide you wanna get into it. |

I check my form at the bottom of reps; I can feel whether my back rounds during the movement, and I'm very good at keeping it locked in, but my usual issue is not starting at the right angle, and sometimes leaning forward a bit too much, creating an inefficient bar path and creating unnecessary lumbar stress. I particularly like deadlifting in a mirrored corner, because the angle of the mirrors allows you to see yourself in profile without really turning your head. For me, I was more interested in the Soviet era history, and there's more of that in Moscow and as a plane aspie, there's a 9876789367286 aviation museum in Monino, a decent drive from Moscow. St. Pete feels a lot more like a European city, it's much more aesthetically pleasing. In St. Pete you have DAT Hermitage and you can get out of the city to Peterhof and Pushkin.
