Lemme guess, you just turned 30 or 35? Things you used to do no problem are suddenly turning into repetitive use injuries and tendinitis? If so, a) start stretching more, and b) start getting massages. Not rub and tugs or soft ones. Deep tissue, myofascial release. If it doesn't hurt, waste of money. But they work. Foam roller is a cheaper option but not as effective.
