If they add 30,000 jobs to Crystal City then it's really adding like 150,000 because of all the other related businesses + service businesses that pop up. This is an enormous impact on a metro area like DC.
in NYC it will be less impactful, maybe 5% appreciation (normal). It is a much bigger market that can absorb the impact and the prices are already fairly high. |
