I see your downbet reasoning, but it set you up for later confusion. You should have bet the turn regardless. If he raises, you can consider folding, but knowing nothing else about villain and any table dynamics, I’m happy to go with it.
As played, I’m probably folding on the river. You tried to slow play, chickened out on the turn, and let him get there or set him up to make a very plausible bluff.

you are beat thats for sure. the river bet is for value. its either some kind of flush (AKdd, AQdd) or KK+
I would 3 bet lower preflop and cbet stronger
30 to 250 is bizarre. i am guessing its a 5-10 game. why are you 3 betting to 25 big blinds?
