having said that russia can never compete with US in a conventional war one on one except to hold their own territory. they may not last a month
china cannot beat us one on one for at least 20 years maybe more - its not just the individual weapons that matter but integrated battle systems, training, strategic/tactical depth etc. american F16s crushed Mig29s in Iraq war not because there were 10x better but because no air force can compete with American AWACs linked with satellites guiding F16s
if human/financial cost is not an issue like WWII then American can impose its will on China in a purely conventional war till say 2035 though obviously it gets more costly as we progress through time - much tougher in 2025 than 2020 and so on but yes we will win any war against china without any doubt
both together the same deal though we may not be as effective offensively speaking

For starters just from an armor standpoint -- the 20,000 MRAPS the us built are 100% useless in a war with Russia/China. Most of the MRAPs designs inducted into service were inducted without proper state acceptance trials which means there is a logistics nightmare supporting these monstrosities. The vast bulk of the drones in the US arsenal in 2018 dont even have encrypted datalinks. The most numerous drone in the US arsenal is still the RQ-11B. The Russians have shown they can jam them out of the sky.
