My thing is, like, we do happen to be a very small group of fairly industrious, high IQ and insular types. No matter where we go (except now, for Israel) we're going to be a minority. And when you're a successful minority, this tends to rub "the majority" the wrong way. Now I am not saying we dumb ourselves down - this is not possible. But we don't have to be so, how do you say, ostentatious about it?

What I'm saying is, it breeds resentment. The majority will naturally wonder why a small group would/could be so successful, because there aren't many (any?) other groups like Jews in history, who seem to ascend so rapidly in whatever societal archetype in which they find themselves.

So then the goyim naturally become suspicious of us and create theories or negative ideas about us, because although we are successful, they attribute it to some Jewish malevolent or nefarious desire or domination or control. What I am saying is, while they're wrong, I UNDERSTAND it. Controversial opinion? You bet. But it would be natural that they feel this way. Then we end up getting attacked violently or socially or some way, and we're left dumbfounded. Well for a group of smart machers like us, shouldn't we see that coming?

Think about it. Whites tried to civilize blacks for centuries, just one group, and it brought about mixed results. Jews were told they had to civilize THE WORLD. And what did we end up with? Yes, most of the world has adopted Jewish values via Christianity and Islam. But Christianity is a mixed bag at best and Islam...what has changed about these people in 1,000 years other than the fact they now use indoor plumbing? We know that the goyim are violent animals with no souls. So why provoke the deranged animal needlessly and then get mad or baffled when it bites you?

All I am saying is, we are relegated to being who we are and a minority in the world. We should be open, welcoming and good to the world. We can't claim to be shocked when the majority reacts negatively to us if we, at least to them, appear to be a money-power seeking insular group. Even if it's not true, do we not hold some responsibility as the minority group to disabuse them of that notion? That's all I'm saying.

i'm not a big believer in "clannishness" -- rates of outmarriage seem to disprove that, for example -- but it's more like the benefits of living close to capital concentrations, having relatives who can stake you and/or give you valuable advice (unlike prole goy dad, we can imagine his advice), being fewer degrees of separation from people who make hiring and investing decisions, etc. like, steve eisman grows up in 10k population town in iowa, he doesn't get to do a big short. that kind of stuff.
