Most people are only valuable for the law license and ability to charge the client 150-200 an hour for the work. Unless you are a rainmaker you’re pretty useless. Secondarily, trial guys are semi valuable because not everyone can try cases. If you’re not one of these two, you better be able to work insane ungodly hours to make yourself useful because otherwise you’re just a law license of which 50 people can replace you any second.
