Chandler Trial #3 Starting Feb 12 (CSLG)

The damage to the vehicle was moderate but she tore her shoulder and ended up getting a couple of cervical facet injections too. The defense only offered 10K.
Case is going to trial on Feb 12. We just got the defense medical exam report and their doctor admits that the accident caused my paralegal's shoulder tear and that the facet blocks were reasonable. They are going to try and get an ax recon and biomech to shit on our case, but it's going to be hard when their own doctor admits causation and reasonableness of treatment.
We designated a pain management doctor and orthopedic surgeon. It's game time boys!

However, Chandler and I were shocked when their doctor agreed to the injuries being caused by the accident. Usually defense medical examine doctors are huge whores who say people are never hurt from the accident. I have huge total loss cases where the defense doctor says no injury. So this was a shock. So we are a lot more positive now. |
