Curry powder. Throw some curry powder in there with some chopped green bell pepper. Maybe a jalepeno.

Ding fag!

No self respecting cook adds milk to eggs, it dilutes the flavor and ruins the eggs

that's not true at all. it just produces a different end result and most people fuck it up and go overboard. british gourmet chefs routinely add milk of even heavy cream to finish eggs, particularly if they're going on toast. i don't usually do it but i have seen some of the best cooks i have ever met add dairy to scrambled eggs.

i slow cook them on the lowest heat possible for like 30-45 minutes if i have time. add in a 1/3 cup of either heavy cream or greek yogurt. finely chop chives on top. consistency should be closer to grits

who the fuck has time for this and what is the point? absurdly slow cooking on low heat isn't going to produce a superior end result save for likely drying out the egg. you might not have to carpet bomb the eggs with dairy if you cooked them normally. medium-high heat, agitate, remove from pan before finished, let them finish/cool in a bowl. that's standard and unfuckupable.

This is a bit excessive but the right idea. Yard eggs, low heat, constant movement, don’t overlook. This should take 5-10 minutes max.

Milk/cream and all that other jazz is not necessary.

Oh yeah bro. You can do that too. I love sharp cheddar. Nice distinct flavor. I don’t like the mild bland cheeses that Jraft makes and they sell in big packs. “Mexican blend” or Colby or Monterrey Jack. But I like a nice sharp hard cheddar.
