Thinking about quitting my job and working with my wife

On top of that, if she recruits doctors to work for her, she can pay them whatever she wants and bill the state $350 an hour for their services. She has already lined up a couple doctors she knows and has offered them $160 an hour.
I helped put together her proposal for the contract and am seriously thinking about quitting my job and just recruiting doctors and submitting more bids. If we can land more agencies, this is potentially a gold mine as long as it lasts (big if). I am just going to do this part-time for now and see how it goes. My wife wants me to be the "COO" of the company and handle the business side.
How bad of an idea is this? What would you do?Is this my path out of wage cucking or will this end in disaster? |

She would be managing them, but it is really low maintenance as long as there aren't complaints. |
