The vast majority of university revenue is funneled into endowments and capital projects.The vice-president of development who is overseeing the $9 billion tranche of the university's never ending campus revitalization scheme is not incentivized to get in your face about he spends your money.

The money projects are administered by front-office corporatist types who have a professional-managerial outlook and value system that really has not much to do with shitlibs or conservatism and everything to do with moving the business cycle out of this country.

you are right that the root cause of the education system is shitty kids and parents. however, this can be partially remedied by abandoning shitlib education policy. this has shown to be true countless times with inner city charter schools, which almost always have better outcomes than competing public schools despite operating on less money and taking in the same students.

i'm not claiming that education reform would be some sort of cure all. just that warehousing nigs, pushing them through k-12 even if they learn nothing, not disciplining them, and not being able to fire shit teachers, etc. make schools worse.
