Essentially she put up her own money, didn’t book it as a loan on her FEC disclosures, paid the PAC around $18k of campaign funds, and then was partially reimbursed by a PAC via “consulting” payments to her boyfriend, which also was not disclosed on her FEC disclosures.
Politicians have gone to jail for taking kick backs like that.
