Cook County SA has some good people working for it, but it's the most shockingly resource-poor big-city DA's office I've ever seen; it reminds me of how The Wire portrayed the baltimore pd. I don't know what their relations are with feds on stuff like this -- that's an excellent office that every other office uses as its model (sdny is too fundamentally different). |
