Another good one is mental incompetence at the time the current will was signed. If you can throw out the will with one of these, the estate will be distributed as per the state statute on distributions, meaning your parent would receive a share and not be cut out.
You need to file a complaint contesting the will. Is there a probate estate currently open for it? |
