you don't seem to have many friends, an SO or close family members or even pets (I know I know I'm starting to sound like pets but I love my cat, I consider him a member of the family and I know I receiving in mae If you have a lot of other close personal relationships (as well as genuine interests,and a job that you truly love) you can be happy and fulfilled with kids.
life isn't one size fits all. XO posters love to take their preferences/experiences and assume that they apply to everyone else. You know how I'm always accused of calling people aspie? Well lacking empathy (the ability to out yourself in other people's shoes and understand that they may be different from yours) is sort of the bedrock of aspieness, at least as its colloquially used as an insult on autoadmit. (I truly hope that everyone realize I'm not a psychiatrist (or attempting to be one) who is actually diagnosing people with Asperger's syndrome the actual disease). This is why I us the term so often, becaus of people like the OP. |
