It depends from what stage of fabrication things are given to you. If you're talking about starting off from cold rolled steel then a car will be next to impossible, you're not going to be able to stamp and cast parts, mold plastics, build wiring circuits, etc.
Home could be challenging if it's not prefab since it'll involve more customization and thought which can make things easier or harder, depending.
