An 06 or 07 LC with 90k mile and in good condition will cost close to $20k.

Edit: re-read you message. 00-05 will likely still be north of $10k. Also, the 04 and earlier LCs have the 4-speed transmission, which is an issue for some people.

We have an '18 RX350L. The 3rd row is usable for short trips when you have to squeeze a 6th or 7th small person with you. That's it, emergencies/occasional use only. If you need a dedicated 3rd row, get something else.

That said, the ride is very posh and comfortable and >>> Highlander.

I drive an S4. The RX's looks don't bother me, all these little mall crawling SUVs blend into each other; for that car I care more about the plush comfort and utility of it. It's a really nice interior to spend time in. The only thing that sucks is Toyota's behind the times infotainment system.
