If you can't do it with apps, then figure out a way to be where chicks are. Find cool bars and coffee shops and go there a few times per week until you start to meet some people. But beyond that, hit the college bars near a local campus. If you're in great shape, not bald, have avoided wrinkles, etc., you'll be surprised at how willing the girls are to talk to you. One of them recently even asked me what my major was. I try to find the college bars that have some adults, sort of the nice cocktail bar type. In the concrete floor, $2 Miller High Life places that blast hip hop, you may stick out like a sore thumb. But even there, it's worth a shot.

None of this will work for a guy who's in average mid or late 30's shape. It won't really work for a guy who's in somewhat better than average shape. But if you get into great condition on all the things that I listed above, you're in the game. And then you're competing with guys who have less life experience, fewer resources, and grew up in a feminized, politically correct environment. It can be awesome.

I can lay out for anyone a script of what to say on a date or whatever. But it only works because I'm saying it. You have to embrace the living of a healthy lifestyle. Lots of fruits and vegetables. No processed foods or added sugar. Lots of exercise (maybe 10 hours a week for me). Twice daily use of sunscreen and moisturizer, as well as special products like Retin-a.
