There are buyers that will only buy properties that they can flip quickly and inexpensively. You can only attract them by taking a huge loss. Then there are residential market buyers. They tend to want something that is more or less turn-key. So, they will only buy if you have remodeled to whatever is the latest trend. That takes time and expense. If you have a house that is not updated, however, well that house will have a value somewhere between the basement bottom price that will attract and investor and the premium that a person looking to buy a house will pay. But you won't find any of these buyers out there. The housing market is inefficient as fuck and requires way too much cash. Houses in general suck and the maintenance costs and costs of re-habing all sucks. Finally, I'm not in a position to just move away from my house right now so this is all a moot point. PS: It delights me that I can make pumo faggots like yourself so fucking irate that you come out of the woodwork and call me flame. Honestly, it tickles me just so.
