Structuring deals or creating corporate structures is hard without diagrams. Seems like the easier thing to do is for law schools to give a bit of a break to the blind, or to request an LSAT percentile from LSAC that omits Logic Games for the handful of people who take the test who are blind, rather than remove large sections from the test. They could even petition US News to exclude results from blind students when doing rankings. |
