Was shocked when I stepped on the scale this AM. Hope I don’t have a medical issue. Have been intermittent fasting most days except weekends. Thought I ate a lot this weekend, so to be down 7 lbs in 2 weeks is actually concerning.

I don’t eat until 5:45ish most weekdays.

Try to generally do a 16 hour fast. Sometimes it’s a little more.

Last night I ate from b/w 5:45 and 10:45. I may eat a little earlier today since I’ll hit 16 hrs at 2:30
