I've recently focused my powers of autism on an obsession with putting together the ideal skin care routine on the cheap. Without getting into the science, here's what you need to buy / do. Do your own research if you want to know why this is an ideal low-cost routine. Also, I am using affiliate links because why not.

-General rules: Using science backed treatments. Trying hard to avoid parabens, phthalates and fragrances. Trying to use trusted brands. Trying to keep costs down.

-Facial Cleanser for shower: https://amzn.to/2HNuzpb

-Morning serum: Use this after showering, but before your SPF. https://amzn.to/3258ziC

-Daily SPF. Use every morning. very important to get one with only Zinc Oxide as the active ingredient. Even better to reapply once or twice throughout the day, but not required. https://amzn.to/2HD7Coi

-Evening Step 1: Either reuse the same cleanser or, if you are like me and don't like getting wet, use these face wipes. https://amzn.to/2V3fVlq

-Evening Step 2: Go to your doctor and get some Retin-A. If you don't want to do that, use this, which is the most powerful non-prescription retinoid: https://amzn.to/2STGhU8

-Once a month: Dermaroll: https://amzn.to/32dmeUX

-Once a month: Do a chemical peel: https://amzn.to/38H1MOz

Morning - wash face, soap and water

Apply Rose Oil

Apply probiotic gel moisturizer

______

Evening, post shower

Apply Repair cream to whole face

Apply phyto-retinol serum to fine line areas

Apply (generously) peptide eye gel to undereyes

We want to ERASE any hint of an eye bag, and ERASE that undereye 'chicken skin' - the 'chicken skin' was a bitch to get rid of, but faded after a few months.

most important: BE CONSISTENT

Also, when in a pinch, if something runs out, not flame - cocoa butter. Simply the best overall moisturizer around and I DO use it on my face.

I'm 34 and not a hint of a wrinkle. Skin is porcelain.

Your morning routine is not good. In fact the Rose oil is a horrible horrible idea and you need to stop it immediately.

Your evening one one would be much better if you added in some proper prescription Retin-A. I don't know what "repair cream" means, but it's probably a scam.

This is similar to what I do, except I don't use a serum or the chemical peel or the dermaroller. I bought a dermaroller years ago and still have it, but never used it.

Just copped the serum and will use it if it's not too annoying to add to my daily routine.

Also, I cop Retin-A from (i assume) illegal online pharmacies and it's shipped in from India or Vietnam or some shit. It's only like 5 dollars for a tube that would be hundreds or some shit if I got it through a MD/Pharmacy.

Be careful with the chemical peels. I usually am very conservative with them, but since I'm working from home for the foreseeable future, I decided to bump up the amount and time significantly. I burned my face and not it's kind of crusty and peeling off in spots. This would be fine if I did it uniformly, but I did it uneven and now I have light spots in some areas and dark in others.

JFC

Also -- I'm liking the serum. I thought it would be hard to put on, but it's actually easier to put on than other face shit since it's clear.
