As we saw, Fury clearly has KO power but he mostly chooses to fight as a counter-puncher. Not usually going to get KOs that way.
people often misinterpret someone's lack of KOs to mean that they don't have power, when it might say more about their style. trust me, every (somewhat proportionate) man on the planet above 250 pounds has "KO power".
