"Why have minivans lost their prestige?" presupposes that minivans had prestige and lost it. Those would all also be "complex questions" or plurium interrogationum. But false presuppositions can exist outside of questions, too ("You scare your children with your misshapen little mushroom dick.").
Begging the question is circular reasoning, whereas there doesn't have to be anything circular about a false presupposition. "The Bible is true because the Book of John says so" begs the question by using an assumption of the Bible's truth to establish the Bible's truth. Begging the question can have different degrees of complexity, but the key is that a premise relies on the conclusion. |

Minivans are designed so much better than SUVs for all of the ordinary things you need to do with kids. You can get a Christmas Tree in there. You can move your kids into college. You can haul around all they other crap they have for a camping trip. You can do this you can do that. SUVs are literal shit. They sit too high up from the road, feel top-heavy, have shit cargo space. They're hard to get in and out of. I mean, if you're chasing down border jumpers on the dirt ranch roads of South Texas, then maybe an SUV type suspension is helpful. But for any normal application? lol, no. |
