all the elites are now beyond our control....this goes back to the writing of james madison, who used the divide et impera principle to create the american federalist system....he understood that the more divided the populace by faction, the less control the masses had over the govt....it is harder for factions of the masses to unite against the elites....that is the core principle of the divide et impera maxim...
madison wanted the elites to control america, so he combined as many factions of the masses into a single voting district as possible...the more divided the populace, the easier for the elites to conquer....at this point in time, the american populace is more divided by distance, race, culture, language, etc than ever before...thus, under the divide et impera maxim, american elites should be more out of control now than ever..and indeed they are...
