And, no, no law journals consider it a plus for an author to be unusually young; that's not even close to how the world works. I have not read his work, don't plan to, and express no opinion on whether it's any good, but he's placed it well. That's what unlocks academic jobs; I don't know what unlocks $$.
EDIT: Eh, never mind, looks like nothing in YLJ. Wisconsin and West Virginia, and fairly arcane. Still pretty good showing for someone just out of school. |
