why do people think that registration is closed? genuinely curious

i think when i made this account sometime in 2018-2019 (not sure, didn't really start poasting till december 2019), i had to do some google searching to find the url to the page. i could be wrong but that's what i think occurred. i can't remember it ever being closed. |
