I see it on the local news. They go into the high crime areas and they hand out food, school supplies, set up mobile covid testing centers, they do walk blocks. They go to the churches and do a fundraiser for this or for that. So much civic engagement in these high crime areas.

In the quieter neighborhoods--you never hear about them as they are quiet--but you have people slowly going insane. And then you hear of a shooting or a shootout or an arson or just some crazy person running in the streets without any clothes on.

Yeah, I live in a gated community. Churches NEVER set up food banks or meal drops or needle exchanges here. And my neighbors rarely commit armed robberies.
