Smack that rat fuck for hiring a new prosecutor when he got butthurt over the real prosecutor wanting to drop the case; then write an opinion on how prosecutorial discretion isn't absolute, judges have the right to inquire into the reasons for a CHARGE, a SUPERSEDING INDICTMENT, an overly harsh PLEA OFFER, or I guess in some circumstances maybe even a dismissal idk. |
