It was early in the morning, like 6 a.m., and I was at my gate early when I started breaking into a cold sweat and felt diarrhea coming on so I started looking for the bathroom, but couldn't find it and started panicking.
At this time, rush hour started kicking in. Just two minutes earlier the terminal seemed empty, now it was crowded as fuck and people were rushing past me in every direction.
I kept checking my pulse and the anxiety intensified to the point where I actually considered calling 911 (for like one brief second).
Instead, I sat down in the middle of all the people rushing around just to try to get my bearings. I finally saw the door to the bathroom and made it into a stall.
After I shit, it was like I shit all that anxiety down the toilet. Felt instantly better, but I also shit the high down the toilet. Felt pretty sober from that point on, it was weird.
Normally, when I eat too much I get these head rushes that makes me feel as if I'm about to pass out so I'm constantly twitching/moving around trying to ride the wave. |
