About to renovate all 3 bathrooms in my Apt. How much is my life gonna suck?

Date: November 30th, 2020 5:47 PM Author: Avocado aromatic useless brakes Plan on moving soon and renting this place out. Biggest thing holding this place back are the somewhat dated bathrooms. They're not that old, but they have an ugly early 2000s look and the last owner rented it out and the tenants treated the bathrooms like shit. Also the toilets flush like shit.
Plan is to do one at a time, but all in sequence.
Wife and I are currently WFH.
How much will my life suck? |

Each BR has its own bathroom. 3rd bathroom is accessable from the living room and can also be the main bathroom for the "bonus room" if / when the "bonus" room is used as a bedroom.

Vague mold smell is an issue also. |

I am horrible at dealing with and managing contractors and am willing to pay extra for less hassle and to avoid me fucking up the project by getting into conflicts with the contractor. |
