a good way to think of it is that PR in a lot of ways is miami with a large set of mountain ranges and natural beauty. imagine miami surrounded by the shenandoah valley. puerto ricans on the whole are very friendly and english is common. the mistake people make is comparing islanders with mainlanders. they are very different. |
