1) nothing happens, as the massive security turnout prevents any action and Biden is sworn in without incident (and without crowds witnessing)
2) action around the periphery and throughout town, otherwise it goes off without a hitch
3) Patriots press the issue, but they get nowhere near the capitol or mall. mass arrests and beatdowns but the deed is done
4) a Patriot shoots a guardsmen or something similar, armed troops with itchy fingers shoot a few Patriots, becomes the right's Kent State
5) all out chaos, many dead, Biden sworn in in some basement, news shows the chaos, world is shocked, govt moves more troops in
