I assume you want to build muscle on both your upper and lower body, get stronger, and look good. So you should probably do something that will build muscle on your upper and lower body (which will make you stronger and better looking as a side effect), without putting on lots of fat. So you should do a bodybuilding routine.

If I'm wrong, and you merely want to increase your numbers in the squat and deadlift while getting fat and neglecting your upper body, then you should do SS
