My mobile data is faster than my home internet, so sometimes I also use it as a hotspot for my computer or laptop.
If I go on a long road trip, sometimes I'll toss it in the glove compartment as a backup. |

Hard to draw the line on what constitutes a "device" though. I have a lot of assorted stuff like music/video streamers, Raspberry Pis/SBCs, game consoles, etc
I also have some old computers and parts that I need to take to be recycled |

bought the surface 3 for $89 last month, I really only use it as the "brains" for a bunch of software synthesizers I have with a midi controller so I don't have to hook up my laptop every time. it was super cheap so I was like "why not" and it works well for what I bought it for
