Plus, the death of parents can be catastrophic. Even if you think you're going too be stoic about the passing of your own parents, your wife will likely be devastated when hers pass, which is going to place a whole host of new demands on you.
You need to be open with your wife about needing time and space to work out, and how can she help you achieve that. If she can't, hire someone who can give you that space.
Start there. Make sustainable changes to your diet, and go to the gym 2-3 days a week for low impact exercise. |

They are definitely young when they’re in Kinder and First Grade. But around 3rd or 4th grade, they’re getting taller, bringing home homework, remember everything you say or do. Something changes. They come in your room and you realize that now at 9 or 10 they are halfway grown up and well on their way to becoming who they will be. I still remember when I was 10.
