https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Military_budget_of_Russia
Just for reference:
Russia's official 2022 military budget is expected to be 4.7 trillion rubles ($75bn),[9] or higher, and about $84bn for 2023, 40% more than initial military budget announced in 2021.[10] Reuters reported that governments documents showed military spending would exceed $100bn in 2023.[11]
The US just signed a bill that essentially adds Russia's 2022 entire MOD budget (including nukes, rosgvardia, etc) to Ukraine's military budget.
And Europe continues to pile on money.
There are hundreds, thousands perhaps of private fundraisers in rich countries doing private war bonds.

You are such a shithead about this.
80% of these funds will be "spent" sending retired or nearly-retired ammunition from our stocks or UXO stockpiles to a country defending itself.
e.g., US forces cannot use DPICM rounds without invasion-level threat. they are unauthorized for use.
We could pay to destroy it or ship it. Its cheaper to ship.

DPICMS will not be replaced
neither will the ATACMS
not the Bradley’s
there were already plans in place to replace all these things with modern tech, so we are sending very old stuff to Ukraine and increasing modernization
also a lot of the money is going to increase capacity for very basic things like artillery shells, which had become anemic. not to mention that the evolution of drone warfare in Ukraine has given us a massive wake up call, which is better now than after some future conflict pops off
oh and we are now a massive supplier of US energy to the EU instead of Russia
this war has in no way hurt the US

Russia needs to have a major ground war with all of western europe without any american support or involvement.
this is centuries long in the making and just needs to happen.
no article V. no american involvement. just the western europe liberal democracies versus the empire of russia.
to the winner goes the spoils.

There is no need for fighting. Europe will capitulate diplomatically. Germany is sending smoke signals to China and Poland looks wobbly.
But the Ukrainian government is throwing fuel on the fire by cutting of consular services for Ukrainian nationals who fled that shithold. They are going to become Russian citizens, and they'll be living everywhere in western Europe. That's already a done deal unless Germany and the UK want to give them citizenship, like the USA will.
