unless you pay for a (((subscription))), all the stupid thing does is give you a live camera view. you have to (((pay))) to allow it to do the shit it's already built to do, i.e., show you video clips of past events.

this stupid shit requires ios15, so i cant even run it on my phone (ios13), so i have to powergoy and buy a new phone when i have a perfectly good phone if i even want to run this shit on my phone.

i have to unscrew and charge our fucking doorbell on a regular basis. so i have to have to monitor the battery and take it offline regularly just to make it work. jfc.

our door doesn't even have a peephole. so if someone is at the door and i quickly want to see who it is, i have to either go on my computer or use wife's phone and pull up an "app" to see a live video...when for hundreds of years people just looked through peepholes in the door. what kind of backwards shit is this.
