Date: April 27th, 2024 10:22 PM Author: Light Corn Cake it's very easy, just need to do internal lebensraum by reclaiming nigger ghettos for civilization. that's what's paralyzing the cities and gimping population growth. even something as basic as school vouchers could have a huge impact by making it so middle classes don't have to find a cherry-picked suburb with "good schools" and can live anywhere.
but more broadly it's just about the housing market and there's plenty of other stuff we could do to get things moving. we could pay homeowning retirees to do a stint living it up in the third world like TT for X number of years while renting out their home to someone trying to start a family. I'm just spitballing here but at the end of the day it is 100% about housing and above all about being able to live in a "nice" community, which unfortunately we've turned into an expensive positional good by criminalizing most forms of informal community gatekeeping to keep out undesirables. |

Date: April 27th, 2024 10:44 PM Author: Light Corn Cake each country has its own set of issues. america is fantastically wealthy by global standards but gimps itself with niggers; if we stopped doing that, any american complaining about their quality of life compared to some other country would sound as ridiculous as it did for the first few hundred years of our existence. of course this would help birth rates go up; people are choosing other priorities over children due to basic economic and lifestyle concerns but a lot of the most severe tradeoffs are basically self-inflicted due to how we've chosen to structure society.
other countries don't have the potential for this enormous dividend so this analysis isn't relevant to them. the US would be far wealthier in real terms (i.e. the availability of attractive lifestyles compatible with having children) if we grappled with some of these problems. |
