No dog is a total fucking psycho. It doesn't work like that.

Had a case involving a dog just like that. Guarded a used car lot. Chained up all day. Loved car tires and would tear them up.
Chewed up a little kid who got too close during regular business hours.

lol he was chained to a big ass oak tree on the lot. The little kid was supposed to be watched by his granddad who was a tow truck driver. Granddad was fucking around w his hillbilly homies and toddler kid walked within the circumference of the dog’s chain.
He got chewed up and grandpa put a bandaid on him and dropped him off w mom (his daughter) and said “kid got into the brambles.” The “bramble” injuries started swelling up after that until the kid “had a head that looked like Stewie (from family guy)” according to the mom. So she took him to the hospital and called grandpa who said “well uh coulda been that old junkyard dog maybe took a nip at him” so they had to do all the dogbite stuff and minor plastic surgery on the kids forehead.
Wasn’t the dogs fault. A used car lot isn’t exactly a chill place to hang out for a toddler, without supervision.
I sued the lot for not making better arrangements regarding the dog during business hours. But of course, grandpa, wtf?
